Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Address

However, please contact us and we will do our best to help locate the package.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item or packaging

This will allow us to review the issue and provide a resolution.
